- Kutis serum: rich and nourishing, yet light and easily absorbed, this serum usesskin softening argan oil, soothing evening primrose and moisturizing rosehip seed oil to regenerate, repair and hydrate the delicate skin on your face.
- Body Butter: The shea butter rich formula deeply moisturises and nourishes the skin while the coconut oil keeps our butter light, fluffy and fast absorbing. The combination of these two rich ingredients with the finest essential oil blends make for a truly indulgent treat. The perfect luxury to smooth on after a long soak in the bath or a hard days work.
- Lip balm: A lovely, nourishing lip balm with rich and protective shea butter. Glides on smoothly, moisturises and heals.

Kutis are all-women owned and based in the beautiful hills of Mid-Wales, producing quality natural and plastic free skincare products. They believe that you can care for your skin with what Mother Nature provides.
Kutis are committed to using the highest quality ingredients and only use non-organic ingredients where there is no genuine alternative that they know of. They are also dedicated to sourcing their ingredients from reputable suppliers e.g. using Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Coconut Oil which is all soil association certified and fairly traded. All of their liquid oils are certified organic as is their beeswax. They never test on animals, limit the use of plastic in their packaging and use materials which are widely recyclable. All ingredients are either shipped or delivered by road. Their products are genuinely preservative free; there are neither stabilisers nor fillers, not even the “natural” or “naturally derived” ones.

Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 1-2 working days of ordering, but this may be a bit longer at busy times. Note that orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be posted before Monday. We endeavour to add a notification banner if packing and posting will take longer than usual at certain times.
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We use tracked postage, and Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Occasionally Royal Mail experience delays, which are outside of our control. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for our packing and postage timescales when estimating timescales for delivery.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
