Packed lunches are traditionally wrapped up in cling film, tin foil or plastic bags, which normally end up binned and in landfill. We're delighted to stock an alternative in this reusable, eco-friendly sandwich wrapper from Re-wrap it.

This wrapper not only keeps your sandwich or food fresh inside, but it also unfolds into a plate, ideal for keeping your desk clean or if you are eating outside. No more worrying about toddlers eating food from the floor or dirty picnic tables. It fits one or two sandwiches or rolls, wraps etc.

The wrapper can be used day after day with just a wipe down of the plastic food side and an occasional rinse in the sink to get rid of any spill marks on the outside – all sealed up with a Velcro strip to keep it fresh. It can also be popped in the washing machine.

LDPE plastic lining conforms with EU Regulations 2015/174. Available in lots of fantastic fabric options.

At The Green Turtle, we first came across these years ago and the ones we sourced then are still going strong with regular use!

Re-Wrap-It are a small business based in Glasgow. It's owner, Shona, was inspired to create a green solution to avoid wrapping up sandwiches in cling film, tin foil or plastic bags….and the ORIGINAL Wrapper was born! Shona feels very strongly that as a ‘green’ product they should be made locally not imported from overseas. The wrappers are therefore now made with the help of the inmates at Kilmarnock prison, who are paid for their work and develop skills and gain a qualification that could help them gain employment in the future.

We use Royal Mail delivery: Second class free (48hr tracked) over £50, £3.49 under £50; First class (24hr tracked) £1.49 over £50, £4.29 under £50. Click on 'Delivery and returns' below for more detail.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 1-2 working days of ordering, but this may be a bit longer at busy times. Note that orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be posted before Monday. We endeavour to add a notification banner if packing and posting will take longer than usual at certain times.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We use tracked postage, and Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Occasionally Royal Mail experience delays, which are outside of our control. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for our packing and postage timescales when estimating timescales for delivery.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
