These candles are hand-poured in the Highlands of Scotland, using 100% natural soy wax, vegan, cruelty-free fragrance oils and cotton wicks.

All materials are carefully selected to ensure the finished candle is unique and sustainable – from the pure soy wax all the way to the certified compostable or FSC approved labels. Packaged in recyclable amber glass jars with black aluminium lids.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and Isle of Man only. We post most working days and usually within 1-2 working days of ordering, but this may be a bit longer at busy times. Note that orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be posted before Monday. We endeavour to add a notification banner if packing and posting will take longer than usual at certain times.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. We use tracked postage, and Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class parcels within 48 working hours of postage and 1st class within 24 working hours. Occasionally Royal Mail experience delays, which are outside of our control. We therefore can't guarantee delivery dates, although we will do our utmost to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for our packing and postage timescales when estimating timescales for delivery. 

Items can be shipped at the following rates:

Second class

  • Up to £50 (48hr tracked) - £3.49
  • Above £50 (48hr tracked) - FREE

First class

  • Up to £50 (24hr tracked) - £4.29
  • Above £50 (24hr tracked) - £1.49

Returns Policy

If you wish to return items, please do let us know within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Goods need to be unused and in original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us here with your name and contact details, order number, details of the items you wish to return and reason. If the goods are defective, we will refund the retail price and the cost of shipping both ways.
